My Favorite Books!

Ayurveda:

The Complete Book of Ayurvedic Home Remedies  This is a brilliant easy to use and recommended first read for people interested in benefiting from the great science of Ayurveda! I personally use it as a reference manual for many small issues and find that over the last year and a half that I have had this book, I've been learning more and more each time I refer to it.


Absolute Beauty  Written by a living Ayurveda beauty secrets legend, this book has extreme in-depth analysis on your skin, the body, the dosha and much more. This is like a detailed text-book that you should really read when you are in a position to absorb everything! Most recommendations will need you to commit and make an effort, so you can start with the small stuff.


Nutrition:


Integrative Nutrition This is a great book for anyone out there who would like to make a positive difference to their health through their diet or lifestyle. Get an understanding of the different dietary theories and how you navigate through to one that works for you and helps you accomplish your  goals.


Don't lose your mind, lose your weight  Written by India's top nutritionist, this book centers around Indian food but is a great easy reference manual for daily nutrition intake. Some of the basic underlying concepts are extremely practical and really worth applying!


Yoga:

Yoga, A Gem for Women: A must-have for every woman! Beautiful advice, in depth technique with pictures. At first you may find it slightly dense but go through it a couple of times and the gems of wisdom will really bear fruit!
